WLC Day 10: Leftovers and a Trip to Outback Steakhouse

Yesterday was the 2nd official workday in the new clinic. Still hit-or-miss phones, internet, and no fax. Growing pains abound. But, the new clinic is beautiful and roomy, and now I have a desk in my office with a phone- score!

I ate leftover blackened bbq chicken for breakfast. And for lunch. I have a problem. Anyway, I also made some steamed greens with Frank’s hot sauce for lunch. Not really wanting anything else. Diminished cravings- I haz dem.

I was out of protein (again- I have to get this shopping thing down), so we ate out at Outback Steakhouse last night. I chose options from the gluten free menu- the Outback Special, a side salad without croutons or cheese, gluten free ranch dressing, and a baked sweet potato.

I was lazy.
