Ribeye steaks are on sale at Publix this week, so I picked up a couple and fired up the grill tonight. I also made a big salad with spinach, baby romaine, yellow and red peppers, red onion, avacado, strawberries and jicama. Finally, I roasted a cut-up sweet potato. I saved half of the steak and the leftover salad for lunch tomorrow.
