Baked Tilapia: Beat the Clock Thursdays

It’s Thursday night again, and that means I need a delicious dinner on the table in 15-20 minutes!

Baked Tilapia

2 approximately 8oz tilapia filets
4 tsp Essence seasoning
3/4 tsp olive oil, olive oil sprayer recommended


Place tilapia filets in skillet (I prefer cast iron). Spray both sides of each filet with olive oil. Season evenly with Essence seasoning.


Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes (in my oven, this takes 18 minutes exactly). Fish should be light golden brown and flake easily with a fork.

Yields 2 servings, 5 Points Plus each according to the Recipe Builder.

Serve with some great veggies, like Roasted Fresh Okra and Roasted Baby Yellow Potatoes.
