I did make a couple of changes, though. Jasmine rice, though delicious, is pretty point-heavy. So, I serve the soup over quinoa. Also, I use lite coconut milk rather than regular.
Weight Watchers Points Plus: 6 Points Plus per serving, yields 8 servings total, serving size approximately 1 cup, Points Plus value does not include quinoa or rice if used.
